Most recent, Robert was the Managing Director at the Sharon Playhouse (2018-2021). Under his tenure, the Playhouse recovered from financial issues it had gone thru during prior years. Robert has a knack for detail and multitasking that has propelled him into the ranks of one of the most sought after producers working in theatre today.  His knowledge of technical theatre and finance, coupled with an innate creative eye offers clients a unique blend of business and art.  This work ethic and talent served him well as Associate Producer/Casting Director for the Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine where his responsibilities included managing all aspects of theatrical production as a conduit between various and diverse departments, controlling and supervising a multi-million dollar annual budget, and researching and casting such luminaries as Stefanie Powers, Sally Struthers, Jefferson Mays, Carson Kressley, to name just a few. Currently, besides General Managing Commercial Theatre in New York City, Robert was also the Producer for Shakespeare on the Sound, a Non Profit Theater in Darien Connecticut.

As a Production Stage Manager, he has worked on Broadway (Waiting In The Wings with Lauren Bacall), National Tours (Camelot with Michael York), The Actor's Fund, and Television...including shows for NBC, TBS and network award shows.  22Q Entertainment LLC, under Robert’s leadership is already on its way to a bigger and brighter future.

Alan brings over 30 years working in Theatre and Television to his role as Artistic Director of 22Q Entertainment LLC. As a Director, Musical Director and Actor, he has developed a keen sense of being able to see the “big picture” on a project and bring it to fruition. With his vast knowledge of theatre, old and new, he is also a sought after Vocal Coach who has worked with performers such as Patrick Cassidy, Amy Peitz and Veanne Cox. As a director, his artistic flair has enhanced productions of Beauty And The Beast, Oklahoma, Guys & Dolls and a variety of self-penned Musical Theatre revues. As an actor, he’s appeared in leading roles ranging from Broadway, National Tours and regional theatres all over the United States. Alan is also a musical theatre composer. Concept recordings of his shows feature such gifted artists as Brent Barrett, Andrea Burns, Diana Canova, Meg Bussert, Elizabeth Loyacano and Glory Crampton. Working to choose the next interesting, creative and unexpected project for 22Q Entertainment LLC is always at the top of Alan’s to-do list.
